What UPF factor is my rashie?

Aqua Cozzie rashies are made with quality Carvico fabrics. Vita offers excellent UPF50+ protection. Depending on what style of rashie you choose will depend on how well you are protected.

As always for best sun protection follow these safety tips:

  • Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF30 or higher and reapply every 2 hours
  • Wear a broad brimmed hat
  • Wear close fitting wrap-around sunglasses

Should my rashie be tight fitting?

Aqua Cozzie rashies are designed to contour the body for a firm fit. Vita fabric enhances the shape and guarantees freedom of movement while the shape retention power ensures the garment  keeps its shape after several washes.

How do I care for my rashie?

To ensure the longevity of your rashie please follow the care instructions attached to the garment.

What fits into the back zip up pocket?

The back zip up pocket is designed to fit small incidentals like credit cards, money, room keys and car keys. Just remember to remove these items when swimming…it’s not waterproof!

Do I need to wear a top under my rashie?

The fabric’s construction makes it extremely dense and non see through for land use. However, the lighter colours will be slightly see through when wet.

Can I wear my rashie in Chlorine?

Yes, Vita Lycra is extremely resistant to chlorine, sun tan creams and oils.
